OUR VISION
To be a dynamic global church which is Christ centered, empowered by the Holy Spirit and governed
by Word of God (The Holy Bible) and to demonstrate God’s Love by effectively meeting both
spiritual and social needs of our society through Proclamation, Evangelism, Affirmation, Discipleship
and Sending out.
PROCLAIM In this stage of the process of the vision, With all authority and power from Heaven, we preach,
proclaim and present the Gospel TRUTH of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 52:7-12; Acts
1:8; Matthew 28:18,19).
EVANGELIZE In this stage of the process of the vision, we win souls for Christ. EVERY member of the church
should be a soul winner. Our evangelism is supernatural because we not only preach the Word but we
also testify, demonstrate and manifest the power of God through miracles, healing, the prophetic
word, and words of knowledge.
AFFIRM In this stage of the process of the vision, we confirm and strengthen the decision made by the new
believer, and the proper follow-up is provided until they develop the basic foundation of their new life
in Christ and later be able to join a discipleship group
DISCIPLE The objective of the discipleship is to teach, train, equip, activate, and provide pastoral care because
the goal is the continual and constant growth of the individual.
SEND OUT When leaders are sent—within the local church and with the DNA of POCC—to open a church or as
mentors to start a discipleship group, they are already fulfilling the fourth stage of the vision because
they are equipped with the power and gifts needed to extend the Kingdom of God and develop each
area entrusted to them.
